How Nexoria is organized
Nexoria is an ecosystem of specialized business management products. Each product is built for one type of business and has its own application.
The website (www.nexoria.app.br) presents each product. The applications are separate: Nexoria Industry runs at industry.nexoria.app.br. When you press an Access button on the website, you leave the website and enter the application.
- Nexoria Industry
- Available now. Industrial management: production, inventory, purchasing, sales, finance and reports.
- Nexoria Barber, Commerce, E-commerce, Restaurant
- Coming soon. Each has a presentation page and a waitlist. There is no application for them yet.
Getting started with Nexoria Industry
Open industry.nexoria.app.br/login. The application is a web system, so it runs in your browser with nothing to install.
Log in with your email and password. If you do not have an account yet, use the account creation screen. You can change your password inside the application.
After logging in you land on the General Dashboard (Painel Geral). The left menu shows the modules your access level allows.
- 1. Company
- Review your company data under Company (Empresa).
- 2. People
- Create users and choose the access each person gets under Users (Usuários).
- 3. Operation
- Register your products and stock, then start production orders, purchases and sales.
Modules
The menu groups the application by area. You only see the modules your access level allows.
- General Dashboard (Painel Geral)
- An overview of the operation when you log in.
- Inventory (Almoxarifado)
- Stock balances, entries and exits, and what is running low.
- Production (Produção)
- Production orders and their progress, including scanning on the floor.
- Maintenance (Manutenção)
- Maintenance of equipment. It can be turned off for companies that do not use it.
- Purchasing (Compras)
- Suppliers and purchase orders.
- Commercial (Comercial)
- Customers (Clientes), Projects (Projetos), Proposals (Propostas) and, when enabled, the Opportunity Radar (Radar de Oportunidades).
- Finance (Financeiro) and Invoices (Notas Fiscais)
- Accounts, cash and invoices. Available to Administrators and Managers.
- Documents (Documentos)
- A central place for the company's documents.
- Reports (Relatórios)
- Operational and financial indicators. Available to Administrators and Managers.
Users and access levels
Administrators create users and decide what each one can see and do. There are ready-made levels, such as Administrator and Manager, and you can create custom access profiles for your own roles.
If a module is missing from your menu, your access level does not include it. Ask an Administrator of your company to change it.
Products coming soon
Open the page of the product, enter your email and join the waitlist. We send you one email when it opens.
We do not publish release dates yet. Descriptions of unreleased products show our direction, not a commitment to features or dates.
Privacy and your data
The website stores only what is needed for the waitlist and for security. Read the Privacy Policy for the details, including how to exercise your rights under the LGPD.
