Nexoria operates this website and the Nexoria ecosystem of business management products. For any privacy question, use the Support page of this website.

Account: to send a request to our team you create a Nexoria website account with your email and a password. The password is stored by our authentication provider in hashed form, and we cannot read it. This account is only for contacting Nexoria support and is not the login of the Nexoria Industry application.

Support requests: we store the type of request, your message, your account email and the date and time, so we can reply.

Waitlist: when you join the waitlist of a product that is not yet available, we store your email address, the product you chose, the source (the website) and the date and time of the request.

Technical data: our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. We also use your IP address to limit repeated form submissions and prevent abuse.

Cookies and analytics: this website does not set advertising cookies and does not currently use third-party analytics. If that changes, we will update this policy before enabling it.

We use your email to tell you when the product you chose opens, and your account data to answer your support requests. The legal basis is your consent for the waitlist and the performance of the service you ask for for support, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

We use technical data to keep the website secure and available. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in security and abuse prevention.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions that affect you.

We use service providers to run the website: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and accounts) and Resend (email notifications to our team when a request or waitlist signup arrives). They process data on our behalf and under their own security commitments. We may also disclose data when required by law or a valid authority.

Our providers operate infrastructure outside Brazil, including in the United States. When data is transferred, we rely on the safeguards allowed by the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Waitlist emails are kept until we have informed you about the launch of the product you chose, or until you ask us to remove them. Server logs are kept for the period set by our hosting provider.

Under the LGPD you can ask us to confirm that we process your data, access it, correct it, delete it, receive it in a portable format, learn who we share it with, and withdraw your consent. Send your request on the Support page and choose the privacy option. We will reply within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity first.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted database permissions and access limited to what is needed. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on the website.
